Good mechanics/game play!
Just one thing, on first level, when restarting, game keeps restarting several times (some times).

Nice OST!
Needs "restart" and "goto next level" with keyboard, so I don't have to switch between mouse and keyboard constantly.

More visual feedback, like when enemies hit base (explosions would help).

As graphics are not much power demanding, I think you could crank FPS up a bit, would help with bullet animations and camera jiggle (will make those more fluid an satisfying to watch).

In all honesty. This game really needs some more spices and more polish here and there but for now this project is already set to "done" since I'm already working on a new one but if I get the motivation for it, I'll make this game more flashier than it is now.
